Features

Everything BARAKAT CRM does, in the order a brokerage lives it — from the moment a lead lands to the month payroll locks. Each section below is an anchor you can share.

Lead capture — every channel, one board

Leads arrive from Meta, Google, Snapchat, Property Finder, manual entry and walk-ins, and land in the same place with the same rules. A Meta lead is on the assigned agent's screen — and their WhatsApp — before the customer has closed the form.

Nothing lands unowned: round-robin assignment per campaign, and if nobody is assigned it goes to the admin rather than nowhere. Duplicates are flagged, not merged — matched on the last nine digits of the phone number, so a leading zero or a country code cannot hide the second enquiry. And every source has a name: the campaign and the exact lead form, so ad spend can be judged per form, not per platform.

  • Nine status columns following the real path: Fresh → No Answer → Follow Up → Not Interested → Interested → Closed Deal → Future Prospect → Junk → Archive
  • Drag to move — every move recorded with who and when
  • An Unassigned column visible to managers only, so leads nobody picked up are visible rather than buried
  • Filter by source, campaign, agent, date range, or unassigned
  • Call, WhatsApp and e-mail from the card — one tap, on desktop or phone
  • Bulk operations: reassign, archive, change status or build a calling list — hundreds at a time, with a preview of exactly what will change

Agent performance, measured honestly

Most systems stop at "leads assigned" and "deals closed". This one measures the work in between — and states how it measured it, so nobody has to guess.

Response time runs from assignment to first contact and to first comment. Quiet hours are respected: a lead arriving at 23:40 is timed from 09:00, not counted as ten hours of neglect. The rule is configurable and printed on the report itself.

Then the layer almost nobody else has — behaviour tracking. Per agent, per lead: the lead opened and for how long, whether Call, WhatsApp or e-mail was pressed, whether a comment was written, whether the status changed. The number that matters: leads opened and then left with no action at all.

  • Response time per agent, per campaign, per day — with quiet hours respected and stated
  • Conversion rate per agent and per campaign
  • Stale leads — assigned, untouched for N days
  • Trend — improving or declining, month over month
  • Comparison against the team average
  • Behaviour tracking: opened + duration, Call/WhatsApp/e-mail pressed, comment written, status changed

Integrations — connected, not exported

Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, Property Finder and WhatsApp flow straight into the board — real-time webhooks, not periodic downloads. Each Meta campaign routes to its own agents; each Google campaign carries its own key; Snapchat's webhook is registered through Snap's API on your behalf — pick the lead form and press connect.

One detail that matters commercially: every webhook URL is generated by the system from wherever it is installed. Move the CRM to a new domain and the integrations follow. Nothing to reconfigure, nothing to re-code.

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram): real-time lead ads webhook, per-campaign routing, live page and form lists, automatic rate-limit handling
  • Google Ads: lead form webhook, per-campaign key — paste URL and key, leads arrive tagged to that campaign
  • Snapchat: lead gen ads, webhook registered through Snap's API on the customer's behalf
  • Property Finder: lead capture
  • WhatsApp Business: automatic notification to the assigned agent
  • SMTP e-mail: notifications and reports

Cold calling — a spreadsheet becomes a worked list

Import from Excel and the system reads the columns. Assign datasets to agents or the call-centre team with deadlines; outcomes are recorded per contact with the full history retained.

Phone numbers are masked from agents until Call, WhatsApp or Copy is pressed — and every reveal is logged. Data leaves with staff otherwise. And when a call warms up, convert the contact to a lead in one action, carrying its whole call history with it.

  • Excel import — the system reads the columns
  • Datasets assigned to agents or the call-centre team, with deadlines
  • Call outcomes recorded per contact, full history retained
  • Numbers masked until Call, WhatsApp or Copy — every reveal logged
  • Convert a contact to a lead in one action, carrying its history
  • Move leads back to the cold list when a campaign goes cold

Attendance and payroll — computed, proposed, approved

Clock in and out from any device, with live monitoring, monthly timesheets, CSV export and a leave-request workflow with approvals. Then payroll, computed from the clock-in records.

Work schedules are data, not code — Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00 with Saturday to 15:00 is one schedule, define others and assign per employee. Rules are configurable: grace period, lateness deducted per minute or per incident or tracked only, a monthly lateness allowance, absence cost, overtime on or off.

Nothing is deducted automatically. The system computes and proposes; a human approves each one, and every proposal carries a reason. A finalised month locks — late clock-ins and backdated approvals become an explicit adjustment in the next month, never a silent change. And every finalised month stores the rules that produced it: change the grace period next March and last January's payroll still explains itself.

  • Clock in/out from any device, live monitoring, monthly timesheets, CSV export
  • Leave requests with an approval workflow
  • Schedules as data — define and assign per employee
  • Configurable rules: grace, per-minute or per-incident lateness, monthly allowance, absence cost, overtime
  • Proposals with reasons — human approval on every deduction
  • Finalised months lock; backdated changes become explicit adjustments
  • Printable payslips with the full breakdown

Commissions — split to the dirham, without the argument

Record a closed deal with developer, employee, deal value and commission value. Close types cover how this market actually trades: off-plan, resale, rentals and A2A — agent-to-agent, with the other company's details captured.

Then split it across any number of people, each with a percentage: the marketing manager who sourced it, the sales manager, the agent. Every employee sees what is owed, on what, and when it is due.

  • Deals recorded with developer, employee, deal value, commission value
  • Close types: Off-plan · Resale · Rentals · A2A (with the other company's details)
  • Splits across any number of people, each with a percentage
  • Per-employee view: what is owed, on what, due when

Ten roles — and the protection that matters

Each role sees only what it should: Admin everything; Sales Manager team leads and performance; Marketing Manager campaigns and sources; Agent own leads only; Call Center assigned calling lists; Listing Agent and Listing Manager properties, owners and inquiries; Accounts Manager closed deals, commissions, payroll and attendance; Quality Assurance full audit access.

The protection that matters: phone numbers are hidden from managers on the server, not in the browser — the number never reaches the page. And because customers often type their number into a form answer too, form responses are masked by the same rule. Quality Assurance keeps full access including numbers, because judging whether an agent made contact requires seeing what they had.

  • Sales Manager & Marketing Manager: phone numbers masked
  • Agent: own leads only · Call Center: assigned lists
  • Listing Agent / Listing Manager: properties, owners, inquiries
  • Accounts Manager: deals, commissions, payroll, full attendance
  • Quality Assurance: full audit access, including numbers
  • Masking enforced on the server — form answers masked by the same rule

Training, and everything else the office runs on

Build exams, assign them to agents, track scores. Set tasks and reminders per lead and per agent, with notifications in-app and on WhatsApp. Properties, owners and availability live in the same system, and a sales agent needing a unit raises the request to the listing team inside the product — answered in the system rather than on WhatsApp.

And one timeline for a phone number across everything: leads, cold calls, calls made, comments. One person, one story, however many times they came back.

  • Exams & training: build tests, assign, track scores
  • Tasks & reminders per lead, per agent, with notifications
  • Properties & listings: full inventory, owner records, availability
  • Sales ↔ Listing inquiries answered in the system
  • Unified contact history per phone number
  • Notifications in-app and on WhatsApp

Built for the way brokerages actually work

Unlimited users on every plan — the 40th agent costs nothing. Arabic and English throughout, including Arabic names in form answers, campaign names and lead data. It works on a phone, because agents work from the car and the viewing, not the desk.

Your data stays yours: full export at any time, no lock-in. And the audit trail is not optional — who changed what, when and why, on leads, payroll, commissions and attendance corrections. Every adjustment that touches money requires a written reason before it will save.

  • Unlimited users — price is per company
  • Arabic and English throughout, RTL layout done properly
  • Works on the phone your agents already carry
  • Your data, full export, no lock-in
  • Audit trail on everything that touches money — reason required
