Terms of service

The service

BARAKAT CRM is a business software system licensed per company, provided by Intandem (licence 1378946, DET Dubai). These terms govern the website and the subscription service; the plan you choose defines its capability level.

Accounts and roles

Your company administers its own user accounts and roles. Unlimited users means unlimited accounts within your single company workspace — reselling access as a multi-tenant service requires the white-label licence.

Prices and payment

Plan prices are in AED per company per month, as published on the pricing page. Yearly billing equals ten monthly payments. One-time fees (setup, migration, custom development, white-label) are quoted before work begins. WhatsApp message costs are paid by the customer directly to Meta.

Your data

Your company owns its data. We provide full export at any time and on termination. The audit trail on financial adjustments is part of the product and cannot be disabled.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to breach the security of the system or of other customers, and no reselling of access except under the white-label licence.

Availability and support

We target high availability and provide support per your plan's commitment (e-mail 48h, WhatsApp 24h, dedicated manager 4h). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription at its renewal. On exit you receive a full export of your data; finalised payroll months remain internally consistent in that export.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
