BARAKAT CRM is operated by Intandem, licensed in Dubai (licence 1378946, Department of Economy and Tourism). This policy covers this website and the enquiries it collects.

What we collect

Demo and contact forms: your name, company, phone number, e-mail address, team size and any message you write. Server logs: standard technical logs kept briefly for security and rate limiting.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare and run your demo, and follow up on the commercial conversation you started. Form submissions are e-mailed to our team and stored on our web server so that no enquiry is lost. We record the IP address of each submission to prevent abuse.

Where your data lives

Enquiries collected by this site are stored on our web server and delivered to our team by e-mail. For brokerages that subscribe, the data in their CRM belongs to the brokerage.

WhatsApp and lead ads

If you arrive from a Meta lead ad, the details you submitted in that form are delivered to the responsible brokerage through our platform. WhatsApp notifications travel through the WhatsApp Business API, whose message costs are paid by the customer directly to Meta.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, then delete them. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — write to us using any contact route on this site and we will act within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page with the new date.
